TEAM OSC Elite
Est. July 6 2017.
Team OSC Elite is a new competitive division of OSC. Our primary goal is to work closely with players, supporting them to achieve their dreams in esports, and see both individual and team success in online and offline events across the world! We want to support top talent and develop new heroes across the esports landscape. OSC Elite will initially exist purely as a SC2 squad, but we have plans to expand into other titles in the future.
Our squad of elite SC2 players will represent the organisation in the WCS + OSC circuits, our new OSC Team Championship, and various other competitions.

MaSa joined the team in 2017 on the back of 2 major domestic LAN victories ($7500 Dreamhack Atlanta and $5000+ Cheesadelphia #5), adding more trophies added to an already decorated career! He placed equal 9th at the $100,000 2017 WCS Valencia Championship, 3rd in the $150,000 2016 WCS Spring Circuit Championship, 3rd in the $50,000 2016 DreamHack Open Austin Championship, 5th at the $50,000 IEM XI Shanghai Championship and 5th at TaKeTv’s $20,000 HomeStory Cup XIII tournament. In 2018 he qualified for every season of the $10,000 North American Challenger League, placing 2nd for Austin, 3rd for Montreal, 3rd for Leipzig, and 5th for Valencia.

The number 1 player in India, Demi is one of the hardest working players in competitive Starcraft! In 2016 he was ranked 2nd for tournament participation in OSC events (167 tournaments played)! His blend of skill, work rate, macro and aggression, make him a danger in any tournament, and we’re confident it won’t be long until he transfers his online form to offline premier events! In 2018 Demi qualified for the prestigious $150,000 IEM PyeongChang Winter Olympics Event, and the top 8 WCS Austin Challenger Offline Finals at IEM Sydney, where he placed 3rd!

AGE 27 | COUNTRY: AUSTRALIA
Affectionately known as the Gimili Terran, iaguz, a veteran of RTS, and in particular SC2, is a name most fans of the sport and genre are aware of, having numerous international premier appearances, as well as domestic LAN victories across a long career! He’s undoubtedly been one of Australia’s best esports exports and achievers over the years! In 2017 iaguz decided to break ranks from the Terran Dominion, to join the swarm, a successful move, as he become the 2017 PSL Champion, and backed that up again in 2018, by placing 2nd at Sydney Stimpack Championship, and qualified for ANZ WCS Challenger every season!

AGE 25 | COUNTRY: PHILIPPINES
EnDerr is a veteran of Starcraft and RTS. He began competing in Brood War events at only 12 years of age, and seamlessly transitioned into SC2 upon release. In the early years of Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Swarm he was consistently one of the best performing players in the SEA region, with multiple WCS Challenger top 4 finishes, numerous domestic LAN titles, and was even was the number one placed player in the OSC World Rankings at the end of Season 2015! EnDerr stopped playing in 2017-2018 to focus on his studies (Game Development), a field he has great passion for. However he still has that compeitive itch, and we’re happy to offer him a home at OSC Elite as he sets his sights on WESG 2018, and the 2019 OSC + WCS seasons!

From Sydney, Australia, Vivid has been a member of the local SC2 scene for several years, and a regular in the regions top 16 Challenger League! He’s been performing well in recent SEA Weeklies, with several top 3 placings, and showing impressive ZvZ against the regions best! In 2018 Vivid has taken his game to another level, consistently sitting in the top 50 of the OSC World Rankings, and earning himself a spot in the Leagues Hall of Fame by passing 100 tournaments played for the year! He qualified for ANZ WCS Challenger twice, placing 9th in Austin Challenger, and 13th for Leipzig.

From Victoria, Australia, FuelY is a rising talent in the SEA region. He’s been performing well in recent SEA Weeklies, with several top 3 placings! His peers state he has scary Mech play TvZ and creative cheese builds, so you never know what to expect from him! From mid 2018, FuelY made the switch to Protoss, and already has achieved some impressive results with the new race, placing 9th in the $10,000 ANZ WCS Montreal Challenger, and 13th in WCS Valencia Challenger!

From Adelaide, Australia, Ice can proudly boast the title of being an OSC Hall of Fame player, with 106 tournaments played in season 2016! He’s a journeyman and stalwart of the SEA scene, having been involved with, and contributed towards several organisations such as Downfall Gaming, SYF Gaming and Exile5. A familiar face at LAN’s around the country, and a hard worker in online competition, we look forward to seeing what Ice can do here at OSC Elite.

Sydney Stimpack was an offline $1700 StarCraft 2 tournament hosted by Nicholas “HuT” Hutton.
The tournament ran on Saturday, October 13th, 2018 at the Dixon Street FBI Gaming Centre in the Sydney CBD.We had iaguz, Vivid + Ice attend. All 3 made made it through groups to the top 16 playoff bracket! Ice finished 13th, Vivid 9th, and iaguz 2nd, falling just 1 game short of victory! The guys were able to spend time meeting up with fans (pics below), and celebrated the day together with a Korean BBQ team dinner.
The ANZ Proleague is an online team tournament in the Australia/New Zealand region organized by Blizzard ANZ.
For season 2, five teams will competed over a 4-week round-robin from March 7, 2018. At the conclusion of the week 4 season, the top two teams contested the grand finals on April 11, 2018.
OSC Elite placed 2nd this season! Narrowly losing the Grand Finals in the Ace Match to SYF 2-3. A great season from the guys!
We’re happy to announce the addition of Australian Protoss player Jamie ‘Ice’ Beresford to OSC Elite as our new Player Manager. He comes to the team with a wealth of industry experience, having been on teams such as SYF Gaming, Dynasty, and Exile5 across his playing journey, while most recently coming from a leadership role with Downfall Gaming.
Ice is an OSC Hall of Fame player, with 106 tournaments played in season 2016! We hope he finds his home here at OSC Elite, and can utilize his playing experience, leadership and time management skills to advantage his teammates, as well as push for further individual success!

Probe Starcraft League: Championship was an offline $2500+ tournament organised by Probe hosted at the Zen Gaming Lounge, Southbank, Australia. It was the conclusion of the years online circuit. In his first offline event since switching to Zerg, iaguz showed impressive macro and positional play in all matchups, to convincly move through the upper bracket, and take the finals out 3-1.
We’re happy to announce our squad of 5 to represent the team in the inaugural Blizzard ANZ Proleague! OSC has deep roots in the SEA region, so we’re thrilled to see something like this occur, and excited to have put together a great squad for our fans to cheer for.

Joining us in the League are Legacy esports, 1FPro, SYF + Downfall Gaming! The competition begins on Nov 21st, with series played Tuesday + Thursdays nights at 7pm AEDT.

As an Australian based business, we’ve been looking for an ANZ player to support and round out our team, and in Vivid and FuelY, we’ve found not just one, but two guys we feel are worth investing in!
Both have displayed impressive workrate and potential over the last couple of months, as evident by their performances in recent SEA Weeklies, other online cups, and in Vivids case, a regular in the regional WCS Challenger League.
Working together we expect to see further improvement from both as they prepare for the 2018 OSC + ANZ WCS Challenger seasons. We also look forward to seeing both represent the brand at domestic events, such as the PSL.
